5 FREE ISOLATION THEMED LIGHTROOM PRESETS

Hey there my fellow photographers! My quarantine has sparked quite a bit of content creation and I hope you're enjoying every bit of it. I must say that I created these late last night after working on them since the beginning of lockdown. I definitely want to make more presets and I hope you guys like what you see enough to give them a try on your photos. Tag any photos #KIsolationPresets so I can find them!

DECAY

This is the Decay preset. I explore abandoned buildings and right now everything feels abandoned..everything is going to start to decay..and the Decay preset was born. I'll put the before and after below.

BEFORE AND AFTER

PARASITE

This is the gritty PARASITE preset. This one has maximum clarity and the shadows have been brought up. This is also set on the cooler side, to give it that spooky look. I wanted to make this one for those grimy images. I've put the before and after below for you.

BEFORE. AFTER.

ISOLATION

This is the ISOLATION preset. It's got all the good stuff, matte blacks, high vibrance, medium clarity, and crushed whites. This one is for your darker photos with bright colors featured, like yellows. This photo was specifically chosen before making this preset, because this was a very isolating moment captured. I was debating on whether or not I should climb up the ladder you see me standing in front of, but look at that thing..it would have crumbled beneath my feet. This was also a self portrait and I absolutely love how it turned out. I can't wait to see your photos edited with these presets!

BEFORE AND AFTER

GHOSTS

This is the GHOSTS preset. It's got low saturation, high greens, and high magentas. Along with that you get some haunting matte blacks and a spooky amount of clarity. Oh, the shadows are also raised quite a bit to get that smokey look.

BEFORE AND AFTER

EVACUATE

This is the EVACUATE preset. There comes a time when we will have to meet at the evacuation point in our town or state and that day will be the last time we see home, I think. While that isn't happening currently it still sits in the back of my mind as a possibility. Maybe not this pandemic, but what about the next one, when the power goes out too?
